We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in the design and development of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, and project management, and a passion for creating spaces that not only meet functional requirements but also exceed expectations in terms of design and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:-Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction. -Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. -Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications. -Oversee and mentor junior staff members. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. -Maintain a strong commitment to design excellence and sustainability. Qualifications : -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
-Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design software.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
-Professional Architectural License preferred but not required.
