Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Princeton, New Jersey. The primary function of this role is to provide high-level administrative support within our industry, which involves managing communication and coordination activities, maintaining office supplies, handling expense reports, and more.Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars effectively, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and timely. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses and proper routing. Organize and coordinate events and luncheons, ensuring all details are meticulously managed. Support the team in using monday.com for project and task management. Handle conference calls setup and management, ensuring all participants have the necessary details and materials. Maintain office supplies inventory by regularly checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders. Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. Welcome and assist visitors to the office, providing them with a professional and pleasant experience. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior capacity Proficiency in using monday.com for project management Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments Ability to coordinate events and luncheons effectively Experience in setting up and managing conference calls Demonstrated ability to maintain office supplies inventory Proficiency in preparing and managing expense reports Strong multitasking abilities and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
