Are you living your life's work?Ensures robust referral activity and optimal patient volume by promoting Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health’s visibility, cultivating relationships with potential referral sources, and serving as a liaison between referral sources and Princeton House when appropriate. These responsibilities include building and supporting relationships, coordinating and disseminating information about Princeton House, acting as a key resource for internal and external clients, and identifying new business opportunities with referring physicians, therapists, other hospitals, and health systems. Daily regional travel is necessary. Database/CRM is used to track activity; proficiency is expected after training is provided. The Senior Clinical Liaison will represent a specific Princeton House site or sites and work with site leaders to develop site-specific analytics, marketing campaigns or projects, and to forecast relevant regional trends. This position undertakes special projects for the Director of Marketing Communications, and mentors junior members of the department.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Builds and supports Princeton House’s relationships with referring providers. Identifies and builds new business opportunities and enhances lines of communication between referring physicians and Princeton House. Regularly engages referring providers in increasing meaningful engagement with the goals to build new business, establish new relationships and strengthen existing relationships. Uses a variety of clinical and programmatic education materials including article/research reprints, program/service materials, videos, podcasts, clinical briefs, etc., to increase engagement with providers.
Aggregates and shares intelligence and opportunities in a way that facilitates and encourages discussion and positions opportunities for operational improvements.
Uses advanced sales strategies and techniques to drive volume to program, and to uncover new business development opportunities for Princeton House.
Uses advanced skills at accessing and interpreting data from multiple sources in order to glean insight to inform strategy. Uses data on a regular basis to help inform messaging and identify opportunities.
Consistently meets Target activity and volume goals and actively working towards Stretch goals.
Strengthen referral source relations, increase opportunities for collaboration, move market share through enhanced referral networks, increase revenue and build clinician preference for Princeton House.
Is recognized by internal stakeholders as a field and audience expert, and important for inclusion for network and program development. Primary resource providing information about referring clinicians to marketing, designated outpatient site, and Princeton House leadership.
Actively pilots and works with new ideas and technology to effectively to help advance sales team efforts (i.e. technology, sales tools, etc.). Consistently utilizes SQL database and any future CRM systems with daily entry of outreach activity, issues, opportunities, and monitors for accuracy and completeness.
Facilitates referral development events, educational seminars, and meetings between site leaders and referring individuals and organizations.
Attends professional conferences and manages exhibits (and exhibit materials) within behavioral health field.
Maintains membership in appropriate local professional associations. Participates in local and regional organizations to enhance visibility of program.
Maintains relationship with leadership of site and keeps current with clinical trends and programmatic changes.
Speaks in small, medium, or large group settings to present information about Princeton House, including managing necessary technology.
Leads/facilitates focused topic discussions in training and sales planning meetings and offers examples and case studies for discussion and learning.
