- Create and Modify user accounts for:
- VPN .
- AEM .
- Google Analytics .
- Google Tag Manager .
- Adobe Target .
- Domain Service Accounts .
- FTP accounts .
- Create/Modify/Archive .NET Websites .
- Create/Modify/Archive Adobe Experience Manager Websites .
- Create/Modify/Archive SQL Server Databases .
- Download/Upload/Install Adobe Experience Manager Code and Content Packages .
- Execute SQL Server Scripts .
- Add/Change/Move Google Analytics accounts and properties .
- Create and modify DNS records .
- Implement redirects .
- Provide assistance to External Vendor requests .
- Monitor NNI Web Hosting Email inbox .
- Monitor alerts from various alert systems .
- Respond to tickets in ServiceNow queue .
- Respond to tickets in Rackspace queue .
- Assist with small project work .
- Assist with troubleshooting activities .
- Documentation of processes and procedures .
