Depot Support Technician

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Depot Support Technician to join one of the world's most well known luxury retail clients. This role will be located in Piscataway, NJ sitting onsite 5x a week. Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards Upgrade and maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems Identify potential root cause of issues while providing work arounds and noticing trends Diagnose hardware and software problems to provide solutions for hardware-related issues Perform break-fix and preventative maintenance to sustain and improve operations Repair or replace defective hardware and softwareSkills and RequirementsExperience utilizing ServiceNow ticketing system Strong understanding of computer support and troubleshooting Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Mac OSX, and iOS Experience working at a retail institution nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
