Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Nighttime Data Center Technician with knowledge of computer hardware break/fix and experience in rack and stack of server components and network gear such as switches and routers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting customer equipment, ensuring timely and precise order execution, and supporting customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: · Rack and stack customer equipment, including server components and network gear. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues with server components. · Work directly with customers to solve technical issues. · Maintain detailed written records of all work activities. · Install Copper and Fiber Ethernet cables. · Perform hardware break/fix on components such as CPUs, memory, motherboards, PSUs, disk controllers, and SFPs. · Replace components including DIMMs, hard drives, and power supplies. · Solve problems in standard situations using critical thinking and decision-making skills. · Assess outage risks and make informed decisions to mitigate them.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
