We boldly go.Job Summary:Trane in Pine Brook, NJ is hiring for a Service Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching proper parts, procuring, tracking, coordinating, and communicating parts arrival for our service team. This includes working with our factories and aftermarket teams for delivery dates, improvements, etc., to meet the needs of our customers and internal service team. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job and parts priorities with Service Coordinators and Service Managers will be an everyday occurrence.Thrive at work and at home:

Where is the work:Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.Responsibilities:

Order, coordinate and communicate parts order updates and delivery estimations to Service Team Members.

Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skillsets, and availability.

Interact and communicate parts availability with all Project Managers, Service Coordinators and HVAC Field Technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate operations’ interaction with the Parts Department as necessary.

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff and responding to special requests.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED required.

Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.

Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.

Must be detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not required.
