Digital Marketing Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager in the fast-paced Health Insurance industry. The role is based in Parsippany, New Jersey, and will involve developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and customer engagement Manage and optimize content on Content Management System (CMS) Utilize CRM to understand customer behavior and tailor digital marketing efforts accordingly Use Facebook Insights for analyzing the success of social media campaigns and modify strategies as needed Implement and monitor Google Ad campaigns to increase brand visibility Create compelling advertisements to attract potential customers Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools Plan and execute campaigns to target specific audience segments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals. Requirements Must possess strong proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proven experience with Facebook Insights necessary for effective social media marketing Extensive knowledge of Google Ad platform for effective advertisement planning and execution Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful advertising campaigns Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing strategies Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through various digital marketing strategies Previous experience in campaign planning and execution Insurance industry experience, specifically health insurance, would be highly beneficial Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
