In this position you will be responsible for the execution of the WFN Next Gen product (Pi) comprehensive strategic plan, to drive their assigned product sales plans in their Division through the field and digital sales organization.This position will develop and implement activities to ensure that we are effectively selling their assigned ADP solutions through the Field/Digital Sales organization and will be responsible for collaborating with Field Sales, Digital Sales, Channel Marketing, and Business Development to drive sales within their respective Division and/or Area. Provides sales support for division/area sales leadership with product education, measurement and performance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute the WFN Next Gen product (Pi) sales strategy for field sales and digital sales. Drive sales in a defined area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas. Acts as the product liaison to Marketing. Insures the implementation and execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs. Assists in creation of sales messaging deployment. Assist with product sales education and coordinates training efforts relative to product sales. Create and deploy industry knowledge within their geographic area of responsibility. Travels to different geographic areas to participate in joint end user calls as the ADP Next Gen (Pi) sales liaison. Continually educate, train, drive WFN Pi leads, Closed Won Deals, Drive Visibility, Sales tracking, attend roll call and key meetings in assigned geographic area. Report market information regarding competitors' efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field. Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, telesales, operations, marketing, Pi Product etc.) Provide progress update to Sr. Sales Leadership and effectively engage leadership to play a key role in reinforcing the learning. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales associates and sales leaders.25% travel required, including overnights. Performs other related duties as assigned.Results will be measured by performance against target for areas of responsibilityQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:5+ experience in a product or channel marketing position or field sales management experience in a wide geographic area.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Understanding of all ADP product capabilities.

Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.

Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
