Accounts Receivable Manager

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role is in the manufacturing industry where you will be responsible for supervising a small team and managing accounts receivable functions.Please reach out to paolo.balagtas@roberthalf (subject line: AR Manager) to discuss this contract to hire opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 1-2 Accounts Receivable Specialists. Maintain strong communication within the team and with other departments. Manage accounts receivable, cash receipts, and posting payments. Handle invoice generation, determinations of payment terms, and credit policies. Execute collections activities and manage aging reports. Perform regular reporting and reconciliations. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Keep accurate records of customer credit.
