- Follow up on daily and weekly raw material deliveries to prevent run outs and production shut down.
- Post raw material receipts into inventory.
- Determine the production plan requirements a few weeks ahead and advance or delay raw material orders accordingly.
- Collect order confirmations and update PO acknowledgments in SAP on behalf of vendors.
- Help to run queries out of SAP and distributing the results.
- Experience with SAP is helpful
- Proficient in MS Excel
- High data accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills required to effectively interact with vendors
- Ability to work independently in managing multiple projects and initiatives to meet firm deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency in material or production planning preferred
- Recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing marketplace.
