United Methodist Communities is currently seeking a RN Supervisor for The Shores, our Senior Care Community located in Ocean City, NJ within picturesque Cape May County. Requirements for an RN Supervisor:

Current, valid RN License in New Jersey

BSN preferred

1 or more year(s) of supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care setting

2 or more years of working experience in a Long-Term Care setting

Responsibilities for an RN Supervisor:

Oversee general building operations

Oversee employee time and attendance

Oversee environmental safety

Oversee clinical assessment and documentation

Handle resolution of customer complaints throughout the community

Ensure the community remains in compliance with NJ DOH and Federal regulatory guidelines

Ensure team members perform job tasks in line with organizations mission, vision and values
