We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager to support our client’s Technology, Experience, and Enablement team. In this role, you’ll help build and execute high-impact recruiting programs that drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance the candidate and recruiter experience. If you’re an organized, analytical problem-solver with a passion for talent strategy, this could be the perfect fit for you.Job ResponsibilitiesLead compliance initiatives, ensuring hiring practices align with legal standards (EEO, ADA, GDPR).Develop and implement scalable processes to reduce compliance risk in recruitment.Partner with HR Compliance and Legal teams to deliver ongoing guidance to recruiters and hiring managers.Coordinate training tools, materials, meetings, and communications across the TA team.Evaluate program effectiveness using data and provide actionable insights for improvement.Skills/RequirementsStrong project management skills with an eye for process improvement.Familiarity with talent acquisition compliance topics (EEO, ADA, GDPR, etc.).Ability to audit, analyze, and report on recruitment-related data.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, and Operations.Additional InformationRemote opportunity (must reside in the U.S.).6-month contract with potential for extension.Opportunity to impact global talent acquisition strategy.Flexible work environment with collaborative team culture.Pay Range:$60–$70/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
