About the Role:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. This is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week on a 4 days 2 days off schedule.Your responsibilities will include:Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documentedCleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchenWorking with the chef to unload and put away stockSupporting the chef with food preparation
