Trucking Dispatcher Wanted (Jersey City)
Job Description:
P Judge & Sons Trucking is seeking bi-lingual (English/Spanish) dispatchers with great communication skills. Will be managing a fleet of drivers to deliver loads on time, while complying with all DOT regulations. Must have computer knowledge in order to effectively communicate with customers and input driver data into TMW. Some flexibility available in schedule.
Duties and essential job function:
Dispatching trucks according to customer needs
Being consistent in following up in assigned duties
Continuously inputting data into TMW throughout the day in order to properly track loads, equipment, driver pay, and billing
Communicating critical information to senior staff as well as with customers in a timely manner using both written and verbal communication methods
Follow company policy and procedures.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in intermodal trucking.
Great communicator
Able to work independently
Ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve
Ability to navigate internet
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
Knowledge of DOT Regulations
Strong computer skills is a must
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility of schedule is a must
Upbeat and positive attitude and ability to work with others
