We are a growing trucking company with a fleet of 20 trucks, specializing in interstate freight. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
-Locate and secure interstate loads for our fleet.
-Coordinate and schedule drivers, ensuring timely delivery of loads.
-Negotiate rates with brokers, ensuring profitability for the company.
-Monitor drivers’ progress and address any challenges on the road.
-Maintain accurate records of load assignments, driver schedules, and deliveries.
-Handle communication between drivers, brokers, and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
-Excellent multitasking abilities: Able to manage multiple drivers and loads at once.
-Exceptional negotiation skills: Experience dealing with brokers is crucial.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Strong computer skills: Familiarity with dispatching software and basic Excel knowledge.
-Bilingual in Russian and English is preferred but not required.
