Perform unit repairs, including sheetrock, plumbing, and electrical.
Ensure all common areas are clean and safe.
Requirements:
Experience in property maintenance, with strong skills in sheetrock, plumbing, and electrical work.
Reliable, with a team-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
