Looking for a pad printer that can work on our pad printing machines to decorate items placed onto the machine with artwork via the pad printing technology. Prior experience of pad printing (similar to screen printing though a silicon pad is brought over to the product and applied down by stamping on it, all done by automatic machines) is a plus however will train if necessary.
Needing to be detail orienting with good vision to see the details of an artwork that is printing on a small sized product (prints average about 1.5" wide x 1" tall in size). Also looking for speed though with someone that prefers efficiency and trying to improve their management at a machine to consistently achieve good looking prints at a good speed throughout the day.
Reliability is also a requirement and someone that can work consistently each week, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch period (and two short breaks throughout day).
