Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician with a minimum of 5 years in the alarm industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing alarm systems, with a focus on fire alarms, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain fire alarms, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance.

Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on system operations and addressing concerns.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and inspections.

Collaborate with team members and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with alarm systems (fire, intrusion, CCTV, access control).

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of low voltage wiring and electrical systems.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Electrical background and work experience will be considered.
