Applicants need truck or van for material.
Must have experience in the home renovation business.
Must Have All Tools Required for general renovations.
Must be able to speak clear English and speak to customers regarding their needs and concerns
Must be able to trouble shoot problems and purchase material as needed. (all material purchases are reimbursed in a timely fashion)
Showing up on time from start to finish is priority.
poor quality work is a waste of my time as well as yours. You will work and not be paid so applicants must be confident in their work.
We are willing to pay a generous portion of profits to our sub contractors as long as work is quality and timely.
