We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Field Supervisor to lead our roofing and gutter installation and repair projects from start to finish. Apart from supervising crews and projects, we need someone who could also do repairs (we will pay additional for each repair).
This is a hands-on, field leadership role with strong career growth potential. You’ll oversee residential exterior restoration projects and coordinate all aspects of production—ensuring jobs are installed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You must also be willing and able to do roof repairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform roof repairs - must be willing and capable to do repairs on asphalt roofs
Manage daily production for roofing and gutter installations and repair projects
Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Perform on-site quality control and safety checks. Protect customers' homes by ensuring furniture, landscaping, and property features are carefully covered, and confirm a complete cleanup, including thorough nail pickup, after each project.
Maintain clear communication between office, crews, and customers
Manage/Hire/Fire roofing subcontractor crews
Obtain necessary permits
Manage all in-house inventory
Coordinate material returns and run materials as needed
Coordinate with the sales team regarding site inspections, install planning, and materials management
Ensure jobs meet local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
Track job costs, photos, and progress using tools like CompanyCam and JobNimbus
Respond to issues in the field and provide solutions quickly
Assist with walk-throughs, repair diagnostics, and punch lists
Occasionally assist with emergency tarping or in-house repairs
Eligible for additional compensation and bonuses
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in residential roofing (siding, gutters, flat and metal roof experience a plus)
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable walking roofs and climbing ladders
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
Proficient with smartphones, apps, and photo documentation
Reliable transportation with capacity to haul materials
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs
