High-end custom architectural millwork firm is looking for a CNC Operator who wishes to learn sophisticated cabinet making skills and become part of our talented team of cabinet makers. Our projects include elite residential interiors with highly complex designs which we proudly fabricate, finish, and install. Along with other high-end machinery, our company is equipped with a Heian 3-axis CNC router with a flat vacuum table with a Fanuc control module which the candidate will operate.
Candidate is required to be proficient in understanding detailed technical architectural drawings. They must also understand complicated program-run setup sheets and be able to develop appropriate set-ups, identify proper tools, and determine operational sequences. In addition, candidate must have experience establishing and using proper jigs, & fixtures. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances in both standard and metric systems. Candidate must have an eagerness and ability to learn to produce the finest architectural millwork since they will be fabricating millwork in addition to operating the CNC. They will team up with experienced cabinet makers to learn the necessary techniques, tools, and wood working machines.
