Looking to hire assistant PM or PM
To manage day to day operations on new and on going projects. Candidate will be overseeing projects from initiation to close and will handle client needs field issues.
Must be proficient in reading plans, excel, job take offs. Work directly with Subcontractors and Vendors. Must oversee ordering, delivery, inspection and storage of materials as needed.
Must work well with others, highly organized and detail oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.
