Growing national company seeks motivated Tech Support Specialist for our line of digital direct to garment / direct to film printers and other wide format graphic digital printers. We have exciting technology that we sell to customers across the US. The Tech Support Specialist knows how to operate our products inside and out, from the software on the computer to the hardware on the printers. He or she assists customers by phone, email, Zoom to ensure they can print as effectively as possible. We are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must have:
- REQUIRED 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
-A STRONG Graphic Design Background
-Previous technical support experience is a plus
-Experience with Epson products is a plus
-Technical skills with electronics or computers is a plus
-Must be outgoing and comfortable talking on the phone
Day to day you may be working on:
-Printer training
-Demonstrating printers to potential customers in person and by video
-Testing new products
-Technical Support
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who takes care and pride in their work.
Will be working at our Franklin Lakes, New Jersey location.
