Outside/Inside Sales Representative for growing Glass Company
Hours: M-F 8-5pm Saturdays 10-4pm
Job Description:
Accurate Glass & Mirror is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, including contractors, developers, tile and bath stores, and other related businesses. This role involves both fieldwork and office-based sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the construction and renovation industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, tile and bath stores, and other relevant businesses.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the glass, mirror, or construction industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
