Sales Business Development Manager
An international european group leading manufacturer of supplies of innovative products hat offer ground stabilization for special vehicles is looking to hire as soon AS POSSIBLE a
SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for the US and Canada.
This Position is a General Management with an emphasis on Contract Management, Sales, Business Development and Program Management in the commercial and government business sectors. Background includes successful domestic and international work with sales and business development for custom products and advanced technologies.
We need candidates with Strong knowledge and experience in Federal procurement. With Strong experience working directly with governmental officials and agencies. Should have also hands on experience with cost estimating and pricing, solicitation review and proposal preparation, contract negotiations and closing, drafting and resolution of contractual arrangements. Extensive large company experience in the Army, Air force, Aerospace and Marine Markets.
Main duties are :
Analysis of the market
Identification of prospects and industry contacts
Introduction to the products
Representation in person and digital meeting
Participation at exhibitions (attending on a booth or walking)
Analysis & report redaction
Assistance in the marketing materials
Negotiation and obtaining orders
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Working with existing clientele while developing new clients
Profile
knowledge in defense and aero industry
Past experience with government agencies and military organization
Candidate has developed a network especially in Defense and Aero Industry and/or
any other Government agencies .
Ability to prioritize opportunities within the Prospects and assess the needs of the Prospects
Ability to travel in the CONUS, OCONUS and in Canada. (30% to max 50% of the time)
COMPENSATION : base salary will vary depending on experience and qualification from
75K to 130K plus bonuses calculated (%) on sales and results

Order amount above $1,000,000 US 2% from $1.00 to $1,000,000 US
0.5% from $1,00,001 USand up
