We’re looking for a dynamic Direct Sales Representative who thrives in client-facing roles and can drive measurable business growth through strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow business in assigned territories.
Conduct outside sales in the field, including cold calling, lead generation, networking, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that highlight product features and benefits.
Support marketing and sales objectives by creating promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on B2B development.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales; experience in the home products or technology sector is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Experience in territory management, account management, and direct sales techniques.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
