Job Description:
- Our ideal candidate must be extremely organized, customer focused, professional and must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be capable of executing tasks effectively and independently.
- Must have previous marketing and sales experience for consideration. Must have general understanding of construction terms and be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be self-motivated and proactive in offering support/ideas to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and other construction office and field management staff.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Act as a point of contact with vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams, to solicit quotes for new jobs.
- Prepare forms such as proposals, change orders, etc.
- Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested.
- Manage business development by utilizing social media marketing, such as Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc.
- Send out marketing material to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient knowledge of computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Effective time management skills, including punctuality, flexibility, and reliability.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good judgement and strong work ethics.
- Possess a Valid Driver’s License
