We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Automotive Service Advisor with proven leadership skills to manage our busy automotive repair shop. What You'll Do:
Manage the daily operations of the service department.
Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, building rapport and trust with all clients.
Accurately explain customer vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
Create accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
Oversee the performance of the service team, providing guidance and support.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns.
What You'll Need:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (minimum 3 years preferred).
Strong leadership and management skills with experience managing a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
A desire to earn significantly more than the starting salary.
