Position Overview
A premier global luxury company seeks a skilled GSOC Operator to support 24/7 security operations in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal to ensuring the safety of global assets, facilities, travelers, and events through advanced monitoring, incident triage, and real-time response coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor global incidents and coordinate real-time responses
Analyze threat intelligence to support crisis and travel risk management
Operate security systems: CCTV, access control, alarms, mass notification
Manage internal inquiries and emergency communications with professionalism
Maintain logs, reports, and procedures to ensure compliance and readiness
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years in a GSOC, dispatch, or command center
Strong technical aptitude (e.g., Microsoft Suite, VMS, intelligence tools)
Excellent communication under pressure
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
Preferred
Familiarity with ProWatch, Everbridge, or CCTV platforms
Experience in corporate/luxury brand security
Comfort interacting with security tech and IT professionals
Additional Details
Role requires prolonged sitting, clear communication, and shift work
Must be comfortable monitoring global events and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) and movement between office/operations areas
Pay: $25-28/HR
