We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the showroom organized and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our clients. We prefer candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English and are particularly interested in female candidates for this role to enhance our team diversity.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance as needed.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
-Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide product information.
-Ensure all displays are neat, orderly, and stocked with current products.
-Process sales transactions and handle customer payments.
-Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in basic computer applications.
-Friendly and approachable demeanor.
-Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
