Real Estate Agent looking for a rental showing assistant. She is part of a larger firm and is looking to add a determined, self motivated individual to join under her fabulous growing team. Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing open listings through marketplace sources
- Scheduling walk-through with clients
- Following up with leads, tracking and qualifying prospective clients
- Assisting clients with leasing process from application stage to move in
- Forming and maintaining client relationships
Requirements:
- Charismatic oral and written communication skills
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and organization skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Team-oriented, but also able to work independently
- Experience isn't necessary but preferred knowledge of coverage areas
- Desire to listen and learn is a must! MUST BE PASSIONATE!
