Responsibilities:
-Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of common areas
-Daily Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage removal to ensure a clean and tidy common space for our tenants.
-Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies
-Report any repair or maintenance issue immediately.
Opportunity to move into a full-time position as maintenance skills grow.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
-Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Knowledge of safe and effective cleaning techniques.
