We are looking for a reliable live-in Superintendent for a residential building. The ideal candidate will handle daily building maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations while ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Strong handyman skills and fluency in English are essential.
Responsibilities include performing plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, addressing tenant concerns professionally, and maintaining the building’s common areas. The Superintendent will also coordinate with contractors, manage maintenance records, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Candidates should have previous experience in property management or maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle tasks independently.
Fire Safety Manager License is a Plus
