Our company is an automobile finance company in business for 26 years. We are located in North Jersey.
We are looking for someone to join our team and handle our bookkeeping and a variety of office and administrative tasks. This includes handling the general ledger, putting together statement and reports, inputting and searching loan applications into our system, research, communicating with our office in Queens, and whatever else is needed. It's a bonus if you are comfortable on the computer and have some accounting skills.
The office is nice and clean, with 2-3 other employees. Everyone has a nice relationship with each other. We are in an office park with plenty of parking, and we're located on the ground floor.
