We’re a fast growing general contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing projects. Our remote back office team keeps field crews and clients moving smoothly—from first lead to final payment.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Prepare and format project documents, estimates, invoices, and contracts
Track project milestones, bid submissions, and compliance paperwork in Excel
Manage digital filing systems to ensure every record is instantly retrievable
Follow up on inbound leads and outstanding payments with professional customer service
Edit and fill forms using Adobe Acrobat for bids and submittals
Keep detailed notes and logs so nothing slips through the cracks
Must Have Skills & Tech
Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, neat presentation/formatting, linking to local files is a plus)
Adobe Acrobat Pro (creating, merging, and editing PDFs)
Browser based workflow in Google Chrome
Fluent written & spoken English; clear phone/email etiquette
Customer centric mindset and self management in a fully remote setting
Nice to Have (not required)
Xactimate estimating software experience
Prior exposure to construction bidding, submittals, or roofing projects
Schedule & Pay
20 hours per week (flexible)—mornings Mon–Sat preferred
$25–$30 per hour, DOE
Remote only position; work from anywhere
