Office Administrator Receptionist - Bilingual (Lodi, NJ)

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing team player to join our office team. This primarily full-time position involves daily calls and various essential functions to ensure smooth operations at Bergen Car Company, one of the highest-rated dealerships in North Jersey. We offer flexible hours ranging from 35 to 59 hours per week, with a few shift options available. The exact schedule will be determined.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Filing documents and maintaining accurate records
Assisting the Manager, Sales team, and customers
Preparing and sending mailings and FedEx packages to lenders
Ordering office supplies
Performing miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
Professional and polished appearance (Business Casual dress code)
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
