Front Desk Receptionist
Accounts & Receivables Clerk
We are looking for experienced, reliable, and professional individuals who are fluent in English and Spanish, and who have prior experience or working knowledge in immigration and/or family law. These roles are essential to the success of our practice and require individuals who demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Position Overviews
Front Desk Receptionist
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Answer and manage calls in English and Spanish with courtesy and efficiency.
Manage front office duties, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and administrative support.
Accounts & Receivables Clerk
Prepare and manage client invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Communicate with clients regarding billing matters in a professional and courteous manner (in both English and Spanish).
Coordinate with attorneys and management to ensure proper financial tracking and timely collections.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required
Experience or strong familiarity with immigration and family law – strongly preferred
Prior experience in a legal or professional office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and strict attention to detail
