We are looking for a person with dental management experience, with an energetic personality to manage our front desk and provide high-quality administrative support at our dental office. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, answering phone calls, insurance verification, appeals, and managing scheduling. Prior Dental office mgmt experience is required, experience with Open Dental / dental billing is necessary. Your prior experience as an office manager would need to include management of five employees or more. Be able to run and lead staff to drive results and encourage positive atmosphere. Must be willing to learn! Room for growth.
Our office is located in the historic downtown Jersey City area, near PATH trains, and light rail. Our Jersey City office is one of three of our offices, so there’s always leadership and support when needed. Our offices offer same-day treatment with a full digital lab and CT scan. We pride ourselves on our Patient experience from the time that we answer the phone to the time that they leave our office. We use Open Dental software along with Dental Intel. Our practice is a paperless office and communication with our patients prior to their appointment is to ensure a seamless check-in experience, including online forms.
