Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and item information (master data) for efficient order processing and invoicing.
· Process customer orders (via email, fax, EDI) including verifying order details (items, prices, quantities, delivery dates) to ensure accuracy.
· Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and follow through to resolution.
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounting, logistics, manufacturing, quality) regarding customer orders.
· Prepare monthly commission reports for brokers and submit for approval.
· Organize the shipment of samples according to instructions from the responsible Account Manager.
· Prepare necessary export documentation, including certificates.
· Support the collection of open accounts receivables.
· Archive related files and documents.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
· Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
· Previous experience in Consumer Goods (CPG) is required.
· College degree or equivalent experience.
· Proven work experience in operations, preferably in the food industry.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
· Attention to detail and proactive approach in handling customer requests.
· Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software quickly.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
