Wholesale Bakery seeking an experienced bookkeeper for our Administrative office duties.
Job Duties include:
Proficiency in:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Mail)
- Quickbooks Online
- EDI Software
Maintain all A/R and A/P accounts
Highly organized, efficient, motivated, punctual, ability to multitask, strong follow-up skills with customers.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, etc.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail (math) and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Fluent in English
Will train.
Monday to Thursday:
9:00am to 3:00pm
