We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific territory or market segment, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients in English and Spanish. Fluency in both languages is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and qualify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in both English and Spanish, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a bilingual setting.
Native or near-native fluency in both languages
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
