Benefit administrator for a third party administrator, tasks include but are not limited to, managing the administration of COBRA benefits for employers by handling all aspects of the process including notifying eligible employees of their COBRA rights, assisting with their initial cobra enrollment as well as annual open enrollment process, collecting premiums, data entry, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
