Retail and Commercial Facility Management and Construction Company seeks part-time or full-time Assistant Project Manager/ Service Coordinator
This position is usually fast-paced and detail oriented. You would be responsible for running service calls from dispatch to completion and assisting a Project Manager with larger scale projects.
Our clients expect work to be completed in a timely manner and done well. We strive to meet and even to exceed their expectations. Basic administrative duties and computer skills are required. Please be a team player that is also able to work independently.
A successful candidate would have experience in the following areas:
- Vendor sourcing, contact, scheduling and follow up
- Client portal use and status updates
- Good communication skills and comfortable on the phone
- Internet searches, general data entry/ updates
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of construction/ facility services industry helpful
