We are seeking a skilled, reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical/administrative support to the HR department and office team, while ensuring smooth office operation through effective organization and communication skills. He or she will work directly with the HR manager assisting with numerous HR functions, duties, and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to the following:
Providing general support to HR managers, executive, and office team
On-boarding new hire
Maintaining employee records
Update expense reports
Managing calendar for special events and meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory
Plan and organize company events
Supervise office operations
Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Supporting operation and scheduling needs
Contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with computers and common software applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous office experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
