We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in account management, logistics, and ocean freight forwarding, specifically at least 3 years in the field.
Expertise in ocean freight is essential for this role.
Location: Elizabeth, NJ 07201
Days: Mon. Fri. 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Rate: 60 K per year

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction in ocean freight operations.
Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet clients’ shipping needs and grow their business.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage end-to-end ocean freight processes, ensuring smooth and on-time deliveries.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Develop customized freight and logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipping processes and on-time deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in account management, logistics, and ocean freight forwarding.( 3 years of experience)
Strong understanding of international shipping, supply chain, and customs processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Experience: 3 years + ocean freight
