Small nonprofit (Center for Interreligious Understanding) is seeking a part-time remote administrative assistant with strong editing skills to provide support to the Executive Director.
Job duties include:
- Editing emails, grant reports, newsletters, website content for fluency, cohesion, grammar, typos:
- Writing a small amount of content for newsletters and website
- Managing newsletter subscriptions (Constant Contact)
- Editing Wordpress website
- Entering data into Quickbooks
This position has flexible hours, usually 8-21 hours per week.
Pay is $20+/hour, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and editing skills. This is paramount.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong ethics.
- Prior experience with Constant Contact, Wordpress, Quickbooks.
- Ideally, some knowledge of both the Old and New Testament.
