Sign Fabricator
Location: 300 Hudson Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601

Salary: $18 - $25 per hour (or "Competitive salary based on experience")

XSigns is a leading provider of custom signage solutions specializing in high-quality commercial, retail, and industrial signs. We are seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our team and help bring creative signage projects to life.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble signs using various materials (aluminum, acrylic, PVC, vinyl, etc.).
Operate tools and equipment such as CNC routers, laser cutters, welders, saws, and printers.
Apply vinyl graphics, LED lighting, and other sign components.
Read and interpret design blueprints and specifications.
Ensure signs meet quality and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with designers, installers, and production staff.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sign fabrication, metalworking, or a related field.
Proficiency with power tools and fabrication equipment.
Knowledge of vinyl application and large-format printing is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Welding and electrical wiring experience (preferred but not required).
