MECHANIC/ MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
We are seeking a MECHANIC/ MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER to become an integral part of our team! You will perform rebuild, set-up, and reconfigure packaging machines for the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products industries.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
Tear-down, Rebuild, Modify to customer spec's, Build, and Fine tune a wide variety of packaging machinery brands like Jones,ADCO, Langen, and Doboy.
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment such as Cartoners (vertical, horizontal, intermittent, and continuous), Baggers,
Check weighter's, Labelers, Flow Wrapper, Vertical Baggers, VFFS baggers, Overwraper's, Case Tapers and much more.
Ability to travel and work independently.
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to clearly speak and understand English, speak Spanish a plus.
Must: have own mechanic hand tools, a valid driver's license.
