Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an ambitious Machine Operator to join
our team in New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin, or advance
their career in the manufacturing industry with a path to leadership positions and management.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn,
and ready to contribute to our dynamic team right out of the gate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machinery within the shop, including CNC, Edge
Banding, and hand held tools.
- Assist in wrap and pack operations, including loading customer vehicles.
- Forklift operation is required, with in-house training provided.
- Manage deliveries of new material, ensuring proper sorting and storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude required.
